Hired to remove bees under my window I was unable to remove myself. he used some spray probably no different then what I had bought, took multiple trips out as he could not kill them, after continuously trying to make contact with him. The bees were never exterminated. After the last attempt to contact never heard back as if he was just over the job. Would not recommend

As all the other positive reviews state, Garrett is very knowledgeable and good at his craft. He was personable to myself and my family, and diligent to our property’s needs. Why I gave 3 stars is he failed to show up multiple times after telling me he was coming that day or the next when I requested service, and I had to keep calling.

Ridda-Bug Pest Control is the ONLY pest control company I will use. Garrett is professional and efficient. I have compared his prices to other companies and he is extremely reasonable. He has treated bees and other insects for me and have never had any issues. I highly recommend Ridda-Bug!

Missed appointment to collect mousetrap and never came back or returned phone calls. One paid, never heard from again. $500 for 1 small wasp nest and 12 mousetrap. Ridiculous. Never again. Don't make the same mistake that I did.
