David treated 2 medium sized weeping cherry trees in 2025, at what he promised would be a fixed rate for me, from then on. This year, they are the worst I've ever seen, so I called to have service. I was given the run around for days, while I waited, trees going fast, and could have been trying another service. Today, after multiple calls I was shocked to hear that not only had his prices gone up( he did not tell me the truth, originally!), but he is NO longer servicing this area! They could have just said so my FIRST CALL! I am extremely disappointed in a service that proves to be both unreliable, but untrustworthy and unprofessional!

I had ants that I wasn't able to get rid of myself. I don't like poisons. Bio-Tech came and placed whatever they use around different places in the house. It is not a fast method, but they are gone.

David rectified issue of no one having come out for 2nd treatment, after multiple calls starting within two weeks of 1st treatment for $269 carpenter bee treatment. Therefore, previous review has been removed to reflect that 2nd treatment has since been completed, albeit over a year following 1st treatment.

I’m so happy to have been able to find a company that is eco-friendly and pet safe. Bio Tech provides an essential service and does so with passion. They listened wholeheartedly to my concerns and assured me they would take care of it. Our technician, Tice, was wonderful and very thorough. I know he had a very tough day but he still tirelessly took on this project for me and did so with a smile on his face. If we ever need to use an exterminator in the future we will definitely be returning customers to Bio Tech!

They didn’t over-inflate any assessments and they were straight shooters. Not to mention that I love their environmentally friendly approach. I’m glad I found them!

I should rate this company a 1, however they have good customer service so I'll give them a 2. We used their tick spraying services which did not work. They have a 30 day gaurentee which we had to take advantage of because we still had ticks. And even after a second spray, we still have lots of ticks! We will be switching back to our original company even though their products weren't 100% organic, they were 100% effective.
