We suspected mice in the attic and basement. One was caught on the first visit, and the all openings were blocked up. We haven’t had heard anything since.

I recently called DeBug for a pest problem and they responded very quickly. Debug technician Javian came out to remove a wasp nest built under my deck that was getting larger every day. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do before he did it so I understood what to expect. He did a fantastic job - Was very efficient and neat, leaving everything exactly as he found it (minus the wasp nest). A true professional. I went with Debug Pest, and Javian called me about 20 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way. When he got here, he greeted me professionally, and we did a complete walkthrough of the house. He explained everything I needed to know along the way and answered all of my questions. After completing the service, he went over everything he had done and made sure I understood the treatment. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Debug Pest and Javian for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

Joe was extremely professional, introduced himself and explained what he would be doing for service in the exterior of our home. He let me know when he was finished, closed our backyard gates and filled me in on what to expect next. Dom at Debug was great! I had a decent size wasp nest I needed removal of and they came within 24 hours and removed it. Great service from start to finish and Dom was a great personable technician. Highly recommend

Jack did a great job addressing the situation. It’s a large established colony. The treatment is clearly working as we’ve had dead carpenter ants falling from the ceiling daily.

Unbelievable great first experience with DeBug. Technician Zack arrived within two hours of my contacting the company. Zack immediately located the bees nest under the bottom of the ramp leading to my deck. He answered all my questions and explained how he would resolve the issue. I've used another pest company previously. They couldn't give me an appointment for three days after I called. From my initial contact to the elimination of bees and nest, it was a very smooth experience. Highly recommend Zack Z and DeBug. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!
