We noticed bats in our attic and James took care of everything. He sealed all the access points, explained what was going on, and made the whole situation way less stressful. He’s super knowledgeable, really thorough, and assured us that the bats were gone. No issues since—definitely recommend.

James is the best. Super knowledgeable, explains everything in a way that actually makes sense, and you can tell he really cares about doing things right, It never feels rushed. We’ve had way fewer mice issues since using him and he’s just a really nice, normal guy. 100% recommend for anyone looking for pest control.

The owner James is truly a hero. Huge shout out to Rayna for educating me on squirrels (specifically learned behavior). I live on the third floor of a multi-story house/ apartment in Providence. In the 4 years that I have lived here- my old property manager could not find an effective pest control company to address the issue of squirrels residing in the attic above me- the squirrels would be trapped and removed but it was a never ending ordeal with them returning. I dealt with hearing the sounds of scurrying squirrels for entirely too long. In the last year our apartment changed to a different property manager who hired Vangaurd- which in my opinion was the best choice they ever made. Vangaurd efficiently came to trap and identify the entry points in non-ideal weather conditions. A squirrel even jumped out at a technician and he pushed through- and came back to finish the job. Vangaurd is truly educated in wild life movement which helped them solve this multi-year long issue. They monitored the movement of the squirrels for as long as the squirrels were present- and efficiently repaired all entry points. If you are a home owner or a property manager- I cannot recommend this company enough. I feel like I have my apartment back and can sleep and wake up without the sounds of squirrels scurrying around. Vangaurd truly cares and they are determined to not only address the issue but to solve it and get to the root cause. Thank you so much for everything!!

Service was prompt and knowledgeable. However, we didn’t catch anything (knew this was a possibility going in) but there was also no adjustments during the whole process nor any wrap up note to suggest next steps or what other things we could try.

Elijah came by and was very knowledgeable, extremely polite and kind. He did a thorough job and answered all my questions I had in a patient manner. I couldn't be happier with him. Thank you very much.
