The owner James is truly a hero. Huge shout out to Rayna for educating me on squirrels (specifically learned behavior). I live on the third floor of a multi-story house/ apartment in Providence. In the 4 years that I have lived here- my old property manager could not find an effective pest control company to address the issue of squirrels residing in the attic above me- the squirrels would be trapped and removed but it was a never ending ordeal with them returning. We’ve had way fewer mice issues since using him and he’s just a really nice, normal guy. 100% recommend for anyone looking for pest control.
