Reliable Pest Control

Reliable Pest Control didn't disclose to me at the beginning that if a different animal was caught that I would have to pay a $45.00 fee every time they would have to come to release it. After paying by check the fee for the trap to be placed, I never received a receipt or a contract.

They came on July 9th, they charged me $125 for an estimate. Then never sent one, never called, never left a message. Today, August 6th, I get a call from the tech they sent out saying they haven’t been able to get a hold of me. Funny, they had my email, had my number, even had my credit card info. He said they would email an estimate. Still nothing. What a waste of money!!!!!!! Update, they called 9/23 to see if I got an estimate, which came a short. I had someone else come and the job is done. Reliable estimate $1,530, job completed by someone else $295…..

Reliable pest control was the only company I called that sent a technician the same day. I had wasps coming into my living room by the dozens. Managed to block the whole they ate in the drywall but they came in another way the next day. Thank God Allen arrived in the afternoon. Great service and reasonably priced. I recommend them completely!

I was referred to Reliable Pest Control to treat my lawn. I had called to request treatment in regards to my lawn (wood chips) and what was the best option to treat. The initial phone call was helpful, pleasant and answered all my questions. I was told spraying foundation was most appropriate treatment, however once a technician was on the site they would call to update on more treatment or add on if appropriate. I called the day after treatment (I was not home during service) to follow up and confirm treatment. The customer service was disappointing. The representative who answered the phone was short, demonstrated a passive aggressive tone when reading technicians notes, and rushed off the phone.

We called Reliable for help with a wasp nest under a house and Alan was able to come out early the next day and deal with the situation. Reasonably priced, fast response, friendly service. Highly recommend to others looking for help with pests

I can not say enough great things about this company. I have been a customer for many years. Whether it’s a rodent problem or an insect problem they have always taken care of the issue. The company name stand up to its name being reliable. The secretary who handles the phone calls and appointments is always pleasant to deal with. The owner and all of his employees and knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I had a recent issue that was an emergency and they came out right away to resolve my issue.

I am one of many full and part time residents on Prudence Island. This area was Ground Zero many years ago in RI when Lyme Disease was first uncovered as a real and deadly infection that is carried by the incredibly small Deer Tick which is everywhere here. My family have lived here in one way or another for over 70 years. I’ve lived here full time for 14 years with my 3 dogs. I continued using the Reliable Pest Control service that my mother initiated years before. Their service is above exceptional. In all those years I’ve only had one instance where I questioned whether my yard was serviced when scheduled as I was not at home at that time. After a call and a couple text messages, the crew was back on the island and treated the large property again, no questions asked, as soon as ferry transportation could be arranged. This small family owned business totally understands the value of excellent customer service and the old adage that “The customer is always right”! Needless to say, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for any and all types of pest control.
