They came on July 9th, they charged me $125 for an estimate. Then never sent one, never called, never left a message. Today, August 6th, I get a call from the tech they sent out saying they haven’t been able to get a hold of me. Funny, they had my email, had my number, even had my credit card info. He said they would email an estimate. Still nothing. What a waste of money!!!!!!! Update, they called 9/23 to see if I got an estimate, which came a short. I had someone else come and the job is done
I can not say enough great things about this company. I have been a customer for many years. Whether it’s a rodent problem or an insect problem they have always taken care of the issue. The company name stand up to its name being reliable. The secretary who handles the phone calls and appointments is always pleasant to deal with. The owner and all of his employees and knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I had a recent issue that was an emergency and they came out right away to resolve
