Zero stars,called yesterday for an estimate and explained my situation and the simple work involved they told me they only take on permanent customers. Referred me to someone else.they also denied doing work for me and told me the same thing.thanks for nothing

Update: Have used them for a few years now and could not be happier. Today Joe did my 1st application and his attention to detail was incredible. Great people that deliver a great service. Highly recommend. Original post: I switched to Lehigh Valley Lawncare last summer after a horrible experience with True Green, and could not be happier. They are reasonable, reliable and have done an amazing job on my lawn. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

They just finished doing the early spring clean-up I had scheduled last fall and I'm thrilled! Wes and his team did an amazingly thorough job. I'm an experienced gardener with a lot of different plants and shrubs, and Wes made sure all my special requests were taken care of. Will definitely use them again!

My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating, and I honestly don’t understand how the positive reviews can be accurate. Their customer service and scheduling process are completely inconvenient for the customer. They operate strictly on their own timeline, not yours. The issue isn’t the customer cancelled an appointment — it’s that it keeps being pointed out. My concern is simply finding a solution that works. You have to wait just to get an appointment, which was much farther out than expected, and then wait again—sometimes 2 to 10 business days—for a proposal. And then they add a landscaping fee on top of that. There is nothing prompt or flexible about their scheduling. No customer should have to rearrange their life for a business that makes the process this difficult. And by the way, it is their role to understand a customer’s project—not to make assumptions. On top of that, they placed the blame on me, which was unprofessional and rude. The lack of urgency, flexibility, and basic customer consideration was disappointing. I would not recommend them based on my experience. Their attitude throughout the process came across as unnecessarily harsh and unkind.

Every staff member that serviced my property was top notch and courteous. From the start Luke was the one that sold me on LVL on what they can do and their commitment to their customers.

So far, So Good. I began to notice a difference towards the end of the summer. Large areas looked greener and thicker. I wasn’t home for most of the treatments but a young technician with blond hair told me to wait until next spring because the thin area in my lawn will “pop emerald green” next spring. It is still early in the development so these factors are the basis of this review.

All of your employees are courteous and knowledgeable. They work hard while servicing my lawn each and every time! Talmadge is outstanding with my problem spots. He explained in detail exactly what your procedure is and the results I could expect. I have used other lawn service companies but the service I receive from your company is commendable. Your office representatives are great no matter why I call. Brittany and Liza always take the time to answer my questions and reply to my texts.

I am really happy with the lawn service. Joe, Dave, Talmadge, & Bryce were conscientious and very thorough and the results show. What a nice difference from my previous experiences with two different national chains.

After a long hot dry summer my lawn was in need of professionable help that's when I contacted Lehigh Valley Lawn. On 9/22/25 lawn tech Dave aerated & seeded our lawn. Prior to aerating Dave took the time to walk the property with me while I pointed out some concerns and had a few questions in which he was very thorough in explaing the issues and correct course of action and within a few weeks the lawn made a drastic comeback. Since then I've contracted their 5 step Pro lawn fertilization services for 2026. Great service. Highly recommend Dave and Lehigh Valley Lawn. And would also like to mention Brittany for answering my questions concerning quotes and scheduling services.

First treatment took place when they said it would. Thus far, my yard has responded beautifully and is deep green in color. I was notified in advance when treatments would take place which allowed me to mow my grass if need be. Dave, the technician who performed the services was very thorough, and if he could not get to a spot with the machine, he did so by hand. My lawn has responded beautifully to the recommendations made and the program carried out. Will not hesitate to use in 2026.

All of the above, they are a joy to do business with. Will take the time to answer all your questions and concerns, even after the work is done. I would recommend them and will be using them next year.

Hello, this is the first year that we actually started a lawn service. Just after four applications I could see a difference. It’s nice to have photos of how to expect the lawn to look after a certain application. The staff is always very friendly and courteous. Looking forward to another year and beyond with LVL. We have been using LVL for the past 4 months, and I have been quite impressed with their service, communication, responsiveness, and effectiveness. In a very short time, my lawn has grown from about 30% weeds and 70% grass to 98% grass and 1% weeds. It is greener, fuller, and looks like the lawn I wanted it to be when I tried applying fertilizer, weed killer, insect control, etc., on my own using the Scotts lawn care program. I cut my own grass, but they take care of everything else, including seeding, and I have been really pleased with all aspects of this local business. Brittany, the point person in the office, is incredibly responsive and informative. I also really value supporting local businesses like LVL.

I have had other services in the past but Lehigh Valley Lawn Care is by far the best. Any questions or concerns are answered promptly. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The service tech is knowledgeable and my lawn has definitely improved.
