Polite and knowledgeable technician, bees be gone !!

Had a nest of yellow jackets in our bedroom wall. They came out the day after we called and removed everything, a huge relief!

We always have a great experience when dealing with Siani Pest Control, Inc. We used them most recently for a real estate transaction (termite inspection as required by buyer's VA loan). They got back to us rather quickly to schedule the inspection and it took place the same week. Report was available the same day. Thank you!

Killed off a bee nest in a pipe during the day and at night the bees came back to set up the nest again. Since then I've called and left messages but no return visits

We have used Siani Pest Control three times for different problems. They arrive when they say they are coming and the technicians are knowledgeable and thorough.

This is my second time using Siani. Both times they were very quick to return my call and have a home appointment scheduled. The issues I called for were handled and they helped to educate me on what was happening and how they were resolving it, friendly and knowledgeable. They will always be my go to if I need pest control. Job well done!

I work 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday. It is difficult for me to leave early. Siani has appointments after the time I would come home. I have a 30min commute one way. BUT they almost always cancel my appointment the day before or even the day of without any explanation. Why bother having convenient time frames for jobs like mine if you won’t even honor them? I wish my landlords would choose a different company. It is very frustrating having to constantly reschedule hoping they won’t cancel.

Siani Pest Control is top notch and always there to help when needed. They are the only company I call.

The staff on the phone and during the first visit were so incredibly helpful! They came out pretty quickly and thoroughly explained all the things they were seeing and what they were going to do. They were happy to answer my (many) questions. Very respectful of my home and careful with my cats. It's been about a month since the first visit and I haven't seen any issues yet! Highly recommend, we'll be keeping our business here!

Our first communication was great, fast service and they came to our yard when TrueGreen would have made us wait. What a mistake it was. The weed treatment seemed to either do absolutely nothing or make them grow like they never did before. See the picture for our yard this year *after the treatment.* We requested for a refund for the first treatment and a cancelation of our contract. Although they did cancel our contract, they denied our request for a refund (even though it was basically not treated at all.) Will most definitely be using a different company to treat our yard.
