We were convinced to purchase A basic plan from Brea White who repeatedly said not to give him a bad review but we have no choice but to warn others about Greenix. He started at $99 a month but eventually gave us$49 and claimed the contract was the lowest he could give for our area. We learned later that some people received basic for $29. We have had a great experience with Greenix so far! Brooks was our sales rep and first contact via the phone, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and provided an easy going booking experience. Just awful. No communication, no show appointments, awful customer service. Signed up for a monthly treatment for ticks in our backyard. I was told the treatment would be scheduled for the same day monthly. One month passes by - no show. I call to schedule another appoint a week later - again no show.
