Sting Operation Pest control

Great company to deal with. We had a nest of yellow jackets inside our front brick wall. Amanda sent a technician out within a couple of hours. Sean was our technician. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about our problem. It did take 2 treatments to stop the activity in the wall but they did not charge for the return trip. Within a week I was able to seal the entrance hole and cure the problem permanently.

Sting has been just outstanding at providing routine quarterly visits and especially when called for an immediate circumstance requiring quick resolution. Their excellent performance of the routine visits has kept emergency calls to around 3 times over the last 6+ years. The emergency calls were not due to a lack of preventive service but the bees decided that they wanted to build their nests at places where they should not have been able to gain access. Reps are always friendly, courteous, respectful of property, and very professional in the performance of their services.

I'm so happy with Sting! They came out quickly and took immediate action to get rid of the mice that terrify me (and yes, I know that I shouldn't be so scared of them!). Jordan has been fantastic. He even offered to come out and remove any traps that caught mice in between his visits. We are signed up for the service for 1 year and it is quite possible we will be renewing it too!
