Only gave a 4 star due to the lady in the office. She was so rude. No manners for customer service amd very snippy. The technician Eddie was great. He was super friendly, wasn't a jerk that we took a few mins to leave the house with our handicapped son. He even placed alot of the furniture back where we pulled it all out from the walls. Would highly recommend him if u ever use Real Kill. He even made sure I had a report at the office that I had mentioned to him I wanted. Very nice and professional! Just not the lady in the office!!!! She needs an etiquette class!

My experience with real kill was horrible I will never use this business again, we recently moved into a 2 floor apartment we noticed that our downstairs neighbors had a roach problem so our landlord had us call real kill & right from the start the receptionist was so rude and hateful and demanded that our house be sprayed at 3:15 when I'm not home because I'm picking my daughter up from school, the process was 3 sprays they sprayed twice & never came back for the third spray now the roaches are worse than B4 & I'm left to deal with the issue on my own , I gave real kill one star because our technician Josh was a great knowledgeable respectful person unlike the hateful receptionist we unfortunately had to deal with and get talked down to by , this has become a nightmare, if your in need of a company to come and take care of your bug problem whatever you do stay as far away from real kill as possible, don't go through the headache we are still dealing with. P.S. I explained this to our technician & he said he would go back and tell real kill but they didn't send him back out , they had zero issues taking our money so frustrated.

Highly recommend! Woody was professional and did a fantastic job. We had a routine spray done, and he made sure everything was coated thoroughly. If you need pest control, give Real Kill a call!

So glad I called to have a wasp nest removed. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. The price was also reasonable.

These people are so wonderful. They came and killed the yellow jackets at my house so my grandson wouldn't get stung. They came right away and didn't charge a crazy amount. Thank you guys so much

Like that they don't try to set you up on a monthly plan. One time treatment that is guaranteed for 60 days. Had an issue with carpenter ants two days later no more ants. Technician was very informative what was causing the ant issue. Would highly recommend.

Great service! Called on Friday, 10/25. Was scheduled for next day! I was pleased with customer service from office staff. Our technician was Jesse. Very polite and extremely knowledgeable about how to handle our yellow jacket problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Real Kill. I will certainly call them again for pest control.

This company needs to get someone nicer to deal with customer service. The woman who works in the office is WILDLY rude and racist. She really emphasized on referring to me as "you people". Paid for the inspection and treatment immediately and she still had THE AUDACITY to be rude when it was UNCALLED FOR. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.

I called Real Kill to help with issues regarding mice in my parents' basement. Our serviceman Eddie was tremendous. He was punctual. He was detailed, focused and comprehensive in his inspection. He not only examined the basement but other potential infestation areas of the house and the exterior of the house to determine entry points. He explained what he was looking for to determine corrective actions. Once his inspection was complete he gave us a complete synopsis of his findings and his action plan to resolve the issue. He implemented his action plan quickly. Eddie was professional, friendly, courteous and a pleasure to work with.

If you need fast and efficient pest control, this is the place. 2 different years I had problem with yellow jackets and bees, they scheduled it very soon and got the job done really quick. One single visit and the insects were all gone!!
