I've been with this company for 2 years now. I am highly disappointed after spending the amount I have . They don't show up when they're supposed to. They straight out lied and said they did an inspection around the outside of our house, even gave a time that they were there. My ring camera determined that was a lie. They never showed up. I would NOT even give them 1 star because of problems I've had with inspections. Would not recommend them to anyone, in fact I would make sure that no one uses them for any of their services. I've had this"problem for several years, that doesn't get rectified. They were supposed to contact me to set up an appointment for inspection because my tenants sleep during the day and I will not disturb them. I never write reviews like this, but I am extremely frustrated. I called to book an inspection and treatment for our home we just moved into 2 months ago. The rep said they would perform an in-depth inspection from attic to basement and full exterior to check for pests/nesting sites and potential nesting sites.
