We recommend Grill Pest Control to get the job done right. We spoke with Shawn on Monday about a bee problem (indoors and out) and on Tuesday Mark came to our house and sprayed. It is now Wednesday and all is well. We look forward to spring maintenance with Grill Pest Control. In October 2025, I called Grill Pest Control to schedule an appt. to spray part of the siding on my house where wasps were flying up. The representative who answered was very kind and scheduled the appt. within a few days. Scott came out and assessed the situation. Although we did not need service due to no wasp nests/wasp present, we are thankful for him coming out. We highly recommend Grill Pest Control. Thank you scott. My mom, who also resides in Penn Hills, PA, received services from Grill Pest Control several months ago. She had bees living in holes in her yard. They did a great job taking care of the matter. It is refreshing to know that my mom was receiving services from a reputable company. There are too many out there trying to scam the elderly. Thank you Grill Pest Control for you services.

Wonderful experience and so thankful. Recently had a Yellowjackets nest in the siding of our home. Had another company originally address the issue. Ended up calling them a second time but they still didn’t fix the problem. Finally, we contacted Grill Pest Control and now we’re clear of the Yellowjackets. Highly recommend them!

Have been a customer for years ever since I lived in Penn Hills. Thankfully I haven't had to use them a ton but the times I have they have been excellent! Great customer service, honest and quick. Scott has come out before when I lived in Apollo as well as Baldwin and has always taken care of me and was always honest. There was a time I did not even need a service and they were honest about it and gave me quality advice. This time Mark came. He was very professional and informative and gave me numerous options. FAMILY OWNED AND RUN! Customer focused. You don’t get this level of service from big box, national pest control places. Top notch customer response and service, with a family owned vibe. I have had a service contract with them for over 8 years. Not just my house but both mine and my wife’s 80 year old parents houses’s. Their service and response time is amazing. If ANY GOES WRONG (see a spider, have a mouse, bees in the yard, etc)….you call and they are there immediately! Just amazing customer service!

Unfortunately they could not solve my yellow jacket issue and are now ignoring my followup emails. I guess I will have to call someone else and pay another company because they cannot fix the issue I paid for back in June 2024. Their answer is merely wait for it to get cold and they will go away.

I try to be sparing with my 5-star reviews because a lot of places can be good but not excellent. Grill Pest Control is excellent. I had them come out last year for a yellow jacket nest in my house and they came quickly, treated the nest, and gave me information on what to expect for the next few days and how long to wait to see if I need to re-treat. I eventually did need a re-treat and it fell within the period of time where it was no extra cost. They are fairly priced, efficient, and effective. This is one of those businesses you save in your contact list because they are a go-to company that excels at what they do and you just can't keep to yourself!

We’ve been clients of Grill Pest Control for many years. The entire ‘team’ at GPC is top notch. We have the home maintenance plan and if know that if there are any issues, GPC will be there. Just yesterday I emailed them with a question about those pesky spotted lantern baby flies. Within 24 hours I had a response (from Sean) that was an honest assessment of the situation. I didn’t get a sales pitch to buy ‘this new service’ like so many of those ‘chain companies’. I’ve had friends who have signed up with one of those chain companies and shelled out thousands of dollars for pest control service…and can’t get a call back from the company. Why anyone would NOT sign up with Grill Pest Control is beyond my comprehension. Thank you GPC! pat
