I highly recommend Pro-Kil in Tarentum! I’m a local realtor and have referred multiple clients to them. They understand the timelines and urgency in the real estate industry. Recently they treated a property for my clients on Christmas Eve morning. I also use them for quarterly maintenance on my own residence.

They go above and beyond. I have used them for years. Each technician is knowledgeable and friendly. I have problems with wasp nests. I also have quarterly maintenance as I live in country. They have found and treated nests I didn’t even know I had.

Customer Service, Price, Response time. All first class. Had them treat a colony of yellow jackets under my window sill. I was battling this colony for over 2 months and finally gave up when they started coming in my house. Pro-Kil came the day after I called them for help. Took the guy 15 minutes to wipe them. He said they'd linger for a day or two and he was right. Only took 2 days before I saw nothing left. Price was reasonable. Should've called them sooner. Retails products don't work. Just call Pro-Kil

Charged me for first time. Was in second year with them. First year i had bees in my house after they treated. Second year had large hive because they missed it again - said couldn’t get in my house to spray - never phoned me when they came to get in my house ! I lived with bees for 8 weeks not knowing thinking it was mice spending money to trap mice not knowing what it was in soace above my bedroom for 2 months spent all kinds money thinking it was mice. When i discovered the hole bees were coming in i called them. A guy came and said he knew All along i had bees there ! He never let me know from first visit !! Also had galls to charge me for this time. ! I had wasps in my house. Thats what they were !! They finally removed second charge - horrible experience !!

Ray was assigned to my house call to help remove ground insects. He also spent some time checking for signs of mice and termites. He took time to explain what and why. He did talk me into their quarterly prevention plan, and I was happy to do it. I am happy with the choice.I made by using them for the work. They are professional, reasonably priced, and a local company.

Everyone from the technicians to the appointment managers are always so nice and knowledgeable. Treatments are fairly priced and very quick! We initially used ProKill to combat carpenter ants - it was so successful that we continue to use them seasonly for spiders and other insects. I can definitely tell a difference in our home after treatments. Well worth the money in my opinion!

We've used Pro-Kil for years. The are very professional when they come into your home. We have had a few issues with various types of pests over the years and they've always responded quickly and the treatment was effective. We now use them quarterly for general pest control.

Technician from Pro Kill arrived at said time and was very polite. He addressed our concerns and then treated our home for ants. Hopefully the ants will be gone in a week or so .
