I just wanted to Thank Josh (JE2195) for helping us save our new puppy! Our puppy managed to get hold of a mouse poison box and chew it open. I called poison control and they needed to know what was in the box. I called Josh (JE2195) and he got me the information for poison control and our puppy did not have to go through painful and expensive treatment! Thanks Josh!!!

Seitz is still family run, although not owned anymore, service are still good and prices reasonable. My technician Josh is very thorough about taking care of what needs done. He is also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He answers any questions and addresses any concerns I may have. I have them for quarterly service which also includes call backs if necessary. Good piece of mind. I recommend Seitz for pest control needs.

This morning, we had a great experience with the pest control technician JE2197. He was patient, and waited, as when he arrived, we were not quite ready for him. He got right to work and let me follow him around, politely answering all my questions while doing his work. He encouraged me to call as there was one box placed by some other technician that he was unaware of in the last few visits. I was shocked that there were entrapments, but he assured me once I finish cleaning the area, they were likely long ago, and to let Seitz Bros right away signs of any more activity in that space. Great customer service! I should add, he was friendly and we talked about our young adult kids and education and their career paths. We have an annual monthly contract set up. So the $200+ may sound overpriced but it is not. They check in monthly, about keeping out squirrels and birds too—have made two emergency calls w/follow up visits—about a pesky squirrel and a bird which are now unable to get in due to sealed up exit only doors they placed as well. Oh the joys of an old house!

This company used to be good and on the job. Being their customers for over 5 years, I have to say, something has changed and they are not the same. They miss appointments, they give misinformation, make you wait , and don't show up. Sorry to see a business going down.
