I highly recommend this company! After having an old shed taken down, I noticed some unfamiliar bugs and became concerned. I called on a Saturday and was impressed that I could speak with someone right away. They reviewed the photos I sent and quickly scheduled a technician for Monday. Devin the tech was friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the property. He identified the insects as carpenter ants, explained the issue in a way I could understand, answered all my questions, and treated the affected areas. The level of service and responsiveness I received led me to sign up for their annual plan. It's refreshing to work with a family-owned business that truly cares about its customers. I am beyond grateful for their services. It’s been less than 24 hours and I’ve already noticed a HUGE difference. For days I was dealing with a housefly infestation. It started with noticing them after cooking but quickly became an all day/night issue of them coming into my home. I hadn’t opened any windows and it far exceeded the occasional one that gets in when you open the door to enter or leave, and was at a loss as to where they were coming from. I admittedly was becoming overwhelmed by the issue and incredibly stressed out. I had reached my breaking point and realized this issue was something bigger than I could handle. I reached out to Mrs. Bzzz around 10:45pm to submit a request for a quote. Brendan called me within 10 minutes to discuss how they could be of service. He went over my options and was upfront about all costs. He was able to get me scheduled for the next day. Day of appointment: Ricky showed up in the window of time promised, was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. He even handled my neurotic self with grace as I kept inquiring about the safety of my cats for the chemicals and traps he used. As mentioned earlier, it hasn’t even been 24 hours and I can already see an incredible difference from the service they provided. This was money well spent and I’m so glad I went with them to handle my pest needs. From start to service, I only have positive things to say about this company and their employees. I’m not gonna lie, I was hesitant to and almost didn't call. They put you on a monthly payment plan for quarterly exterior sprays (which they clearly explained, to be fair). However, desperation won since my basement is currently being taken over by cave crickets. Been dropping foggers down there in the past was a massive mistake it's like a nuke at Chernobyl. It didn't kill them it just caused them to get bigger, and come back stronger. I am even convinced that foggers no longer works as they've become adaptive. Now, I've explained to Devin that they have targeted my upstairs bedroom it the past. It's to the point where it feels like a personal war between me and these crickets. I kid you not, as a cricket you have a decent flight of stairs to get to my room. Devin was incredibly polite, respectful, and handled my pure, unadulterated terror and validated my absolute fear of these monsters. He broke down their psychology, explained their tactical entry points, and suggested a dehumidifier to ruin their mutated vibe. Love supporting a local, family business, but please know that these cave crickets are entirely responsible for whether this stays a good review!! Will update this accordingly based on their body count.

They came out and took care of a wasps nest I had in my air intake for my water heater. Clean work , very professional and polite

Brendan came out to treat our house for nesting wasps. The time window was between 8-10, he arrived promptly at 8. He explained the process, offered to go above and beyond, and was courteous, kind, and professional throughout. Process was quick but thorough, he even fogged the garage and set traps for mice. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the services and the company as a whole. Would definitely recommend

We had a one time service for carpenter ants. Our technician (who is also part owner of the company) was very friendly, clearly explained everything, thoroughly applied pesticide on inside and outside perimeter. Ha was very easy to work with. I recommend their service.
