I used this company a few yeRs ago and they were great. I have been trying to hire them again on a few occasions and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

BARRY LAKE
After calling multiple times with no call back, I would have to say Poor to no response when trying to make an appointment. We stopped at their location in St Thomas and talked to a lady there twice and she told us she would pass the message on. To this day we are still waiting for a call back, 7 months later.

Mr Lake , I believe you may have confused us with another company. We have a 3rd party answering service that documents and records all calls for quality assurance . I had them review all records and there have been no messages ever received from a Barry Lake. Worst company ever..I scheduled two appts..they missed both of them and never even called to let me know..i had to call to see if they were coming both times..2nd time guy said he's only one person and acted like it wasn't a problem if I wanted someone else in there..would not Recommend at all.
