Please ignore our review of Union Environmental in the US. WE can't figure out how to remove it. We reviewed the wrong Union Environmental and should have reviewed the Canadian company. It appears these guys are great!

Constant missed bin pickups and broken promises by customers service. Stay away from this company.

I submitted an online form and they had a REAL PERSON email me within 20 minutes to ask some clarification about what I submitted before quoting a very reasonable price to do the work. They quoted a few different options so I could choose what I wanted, and it was very straightforward. Being a woman, I often find contractors try to take advantage of me, but these guys were so respectful and honest. I had a handyman task and a pest treatment done at the same time. They scheduled to come out that same week I submitted the request, and they followed up after the job was done to be sure everything was what I expected! They also do online payments, which is incredibly handy for a quick payment and also tracking receipts for me. I will definitely be using them in the future.

The company was easy to book an appointment within a couple days and they were prompt and efficient.

This is long overdue. Union Environmental and Contracting completed a job for me earlier this year and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. First, the time from first contact to when the job began was far faster than any other company was able to do. Both Myles and Cody were quick to respond with scheduling and updates. The quality of work and the speed with which it was completed was great. As the work progressed new ideas came to mind and Cody was open to the changes able to complete the work within the time frame first quoted. Quick and quality work at a fair and honest price. Many thanks to the entire team at Union Environmental and Contracting on a job well done. Anyone who has a home improvement project should give them a call.
