Your employee, Jasper Uricchio, inspected our house today to determine if we had termites in our home. During the process Jasper provided a thorough explanation of the damage termites will inflict if not treated and proceeded to show me places in our house where they presently exist. We then discussed various treatment methods and their effectiveness. I am very thankful that you sent Jasper to us because he provided a in-depth inspection, educated me regarding our problem, and did this in a very gracious and professional manner. Judd Gordon

Requested support to remove spiders on 2 larger buildings. Both inside and around outside edges were to be sprayed. Initial treatment as part of sales went well. Initial charge of $212! Next treatment in August comes around and the treatment was done way too fast, many areas skipped over and the second building wasn't done. Second fee was $75. No callbacks when I complained and we canceled future treatments. Positive is there is no contract, so canceling is easy. Everyone who I talked to was kind and professional.
