Best local pest control company I have ever dealt with! This is the second time in two years using Pest Management for carpenter ant control at our cabin. Our cabin is situated in the woods with some dead trees throughout the property. Hugh Henry, owner of Hugh Henry’s Pest Management, is extremely knowledgeable about our ant issue and addressed every concern. He educated us on how to identify and track where ants are and where they live and how to identify the source of nest if possible. Hugh, or Hooper as he is known, made a special trip out to see the cabin and walk the property to try and locate the source. He was patient and kind over the phone when I informed him of the issues and concerns we had, since we do not live full-time at our cabin. He promptly sent his licensed technician Nathan to come on a day when we would be there so he could come inside and set baits and dust and spray. Nathan also educated us on the carpenter ant life cycle. Nathan was professional and friendly and talkative with us regarding our issues with carpenter ants. Although there prompt with appointments,They can only service some pest problems....They are not equipped to handle any of the different kinds of gnats we have on the east coast . Also some of the technicians can be very unprofessional..I had a gnat problem and they did not use any traps to see what kind of gnat they were dealing with,or stay long enough to even see the problem.I was not happy at all.For this kind of problem one needs to go to the bigger companies.

Amazing service, They removed a wasps nest out of building pillar completely. Apparently I was the 2000th customer and received the service for free. Awesome people. Highly recommend, fast service.

Needed a treatment for ants in the kitchen. Hugh recommended ant baits. The first evening we had many ants, by day 2 there were none.
