I called these guys based off of locality, vet owned, really good reviews to check termite damage that I wanted to find out if it was old or of concern . The person taking the appointment was very nice and helpful advised no charge inspection. Jesse(ie) came out and was very nice and knowledgeable. Took a look at the areas and he gave me a lot of information and luckily for me the damage is old and he didn’t think I should have a problem but said give them a call if something changes. There was no pressure, no hard sell, none of that. Just a really good dude, doing the right thing. Pretty refreshing, so now I’m sharing how great this experience was and that I’ll keeping their number for all things pests in the future.

Second review. Great company. Made adjustments to my schedule which is amazing. Great customer support. Using them from now on when needed. Prompt and did what I needed done...ants gone in 1 day. Will refer and use again if the need arises.

Highly recommend these folks. I’m always a little wary when dealing with a new company—worried they’ll upsell or take advantage, especially when it’s not my area of expertise. But the gentleman they sent out was fantastic: knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely committed. He walked around the house in wind and rain looking for issues—and even won over my dog! From now on, they’ll be my go-to for anything I can’t sort out myself.

Jesse came out and helped with my mice problem. He put bait traps and refilled ones from a previous contractor. He did a complete tour of the outside of the house and made his recommendations. Couldn't be happier! They return in 2 weeks to check on everything.

They came out within the hour. Were nice, effective and found out where the yellowjackets were getting into the house. Will definitely use them again.

I am highly allergic to bees and read great reviews for Prudential. They were top notch, everyone on the entire team. They had someone come out within one hour to take care of the yellow jackets. They came out and took care of a wasp nest in our ceiling! I reached out and they got back to me quickly. Greg came out and removed and sprayed/dusted the wasp nest and its entrance points. He also did a loop around the outside of the house and found two other hives we didn’t even know about and sprayed those as well. I appreciated that the company gave me clear pricing over the phone and didn’t try to sell a subscription service. Just came and did the job we asked for quickly for a good price. Absolutely recommend!

The people on the phone are very rude and it seems like they don't want to provide customer service. I'm embarrassed. We called there because my husband is a veteran and he told me we can hire them to help my veteran community. I don't recommend it. Very bad first impression.

We had a major bee issue where the whole nest and tons of bees were inside the house. We called a few companies but none could come the same day. We are allergic to bees and needed immediate service. We are so lucky to have found and called prudential pest and they came out in 20 minutes ! They are amazing. Highly recommend them for your needs. Ryan , the technician we had was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful and he came to us after working a full day already at other homes , after his work day was supposed to be over . Ww had yellow jackets in the ceiling of our front porch near the front door. We were concerned thst anyone coming to the door would be stung. We tried for several weeks to spray them to no avail. I saw a Prudential Pest Solutions video about what they do for yellow jackets on Facebook. So, I called them for help. One of their staff was in our area and was able to stop by. The guy that came was very informative and explained the process. They sprayed and powdered the area. To my amazement, the yellow jackets were gone by the next morning. I would highly recommend this company, and would use them again.

Recently, we engaged the services of Prudential Pest Solutions to eliminate two Yellow Jacket nests and a Wasp nest from our residence. We are highly satisfied with the outcomes. Their communication was impeccable throughout the process. Jeff arrived punctually and commenced the removal operation promptly, effectively dispatching the insects from their established habitat. We highly recommend contacting Prudential Pest Solutions for any pest-related concerns, as we anticipate needing their services in the future.

We were very pleased with our experience. The response was quick. The service effective. Everything was explained clearly and priced fairly. Small businesses should always be the first option.

They did a great job knocking down a Hornets nest.

For $450 + tax, I expected some technical expertise and know-how from PPS. What I got was two traps placed in my yard that managed to catch my neighbor’s cat and an opossum, rather than the critter of interest, which is still happily chewing up my yard. Instead, I suggest going to Tractor Supply and buying two Hav-A-Heart traps. You might not have any better results, but at least you’ll save about $200, and still have two traps to show for it.

I contacted Prudential to take care of yellow jackets. I was told they would thoroughly inspect the entire house. A technician simply took a long pull and knocked down a nest. Took him no more than 10 minutes and got charged $200. Effective, but completely overpriced. Given the amount of work he did. I was not happy with how much I was charged for this service.
