Horrible, bratty people. Super entitled and disrespectful. The workers are all bottom of the barrel people and the work shows that. Obviously don't care for their customers or employees. Better luck with any other company. This one is full of drama and angry men.

Bairs took out 3 big Ash trees along a busy road & trimmed dead limbs off a huge Maple today. Cleaned up everything. Men were very polite! Thank you!

The men who took down a large maple that was in a tight spot did an amazing job. We figured there would be some damage to a near by magnolia or perhaps a trellis but there was no damage at all. It took great skill and care on the part of all 3 men. They left the property better than when they arrived. They were prompt and pleasant. They explained what their plan was. They also trimmed and shaped the overgrown holly at the corner of the house. It is much better now.

Bair’s cleaned out dead and low low hanging branches on some very large oak trees as well as removed some smaller trees on my property. The team did a fantastic job and cleaned up all the debris. I would recommend Bair’s to anyone needing tree services.

Received a quote for the work the day I requested it. The work was for as scheduled. The work was done efficiently and expertly. The price was reasonable. We are very pleased with the service we received from Bair’d!

Excellent limb pruning and tree removal from highly experienced climbing crew. And there was no damage to any of our trees and plants. Fair price, check them out.

I signed a estimate in Sept., I don't hear anything for 2 weeks so I call and was told its only been 2 weeks and we will call you when WERE'RE ready to come out and that wont be until mid Nov. Mid Nov comes still nothing so I call again and was told someone will call me, Here it is 11/26 and still no call. So, Due to lack of communication and your company not caring about your customer I called another company. I can't imagine trusting you with my tree service so close to my house and high tension wires if you don't care enough to return a call. I will let as many people as I can know of your companies lack of customer service. I Canceled my contract before they started working.

The guys worked for about 4 hours trimming all of the trees that I had requested. They made some adjustments when I asked, and they cleaned up before they left.

We had Bairs cut down 7 trees in our backyard. They did a fantastic job. They were quick and professional. We will definitely use them again.

They did a great job cutting down our big pin oak tree! Clean up was great too! The guys were pleasant and easy to deal with! 😀

I had Bair and Tree treat my lawn and weeds for over a year. The first year was good but then the service got really poor there were times they just didn’t show up. My front and back garden is worse than it was before I got them to take care of it. Whatever chemicals were put down in the hot weather destroyed my grass which I am now having to reseed. Very disappointing! When I cancelled the service they didn’t even ask as to why which says a lot.

We've had Bair's do work on our trees for years. I cannot say enough good things about their service. They show up on time, do a great job pruning and shaping our trees, and are extremely neat and clean. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Never, NEVER do business with Bair’s Tree and Lawn Service. The owner showed up at my house on Sunday night at 9pm recording me on his cell phone demanding payment. They damaged my front yard when they took a tree down and I wanted answers about how it would be fixed before paid them. MARTY BAIR was threatening and intimidated and I will NEVER do business with someone who treats people this way. He scared me and my 11 year old daughter. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and EVERY social media outlet possible. UPDATE /FOLLOW UP FROM RESPONSE: Great, I am glad you are here to help. Please ensure the letter I sent is promptly responded to. The job is not considered complete if you damaged my yard and have not repaired it. Further, I was told to call a landscaping company and pay for the repairs out of my own pocket. If you are here to help this issue will be resolved amicably and not with your owner using intimidation and threatening tactics. I look forward to your assistance as you have so kindly offered here. I assume by this statement you will have no issue fixing my yard as I have proposed in my communication.

We used this service once and then recommended the service to our neighbors so they came back a few days later. They had to come into our yard while trimming a tree for our neighbors. They moved all our furniture on our patio and never put it back. They also banged on the door in the morning incessantly until waking us up asking us to move our car. Completely disrespectful and we didn't even request the service that day.

Never showed up to provide an estimate when I was told they would be out. Never even called.

Terrible people all around bad experience

Ok so I got an estimate to have a tree removed, before I sent back my estimate to confirm the job I called and spoke to a woman to see how long it would be till they came out to remove the tree. She told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks. Ok, I sent in my estimate and started to wait... after 5 weeks I called back. When I asked when they were coming out I was rudely cut off and told it would be at least 2 to 3 weeks. When I explained that I had already been waiting for 5 weeks she changed her tone and said she would let my estimator know. That was thursday. Monday afternoon I got a voicemail from my estimator and he laughs saying he received the note from the woman that I hadn't been scheduled yet. He then proceeds to say he has me scheduled for TWO weeks out! Unacceptable! I called he back and let him have it. After a long phone conversation he tells me he will call me back and see what he can do for me. So, 6:30 in the morning he calls me back and says he can have his guys there 3 days earlier than expected. Also, for my inconvenience he was going to remove 2 japanese maples out front FOR FREE! Wow! What a guy. All is well. Bair tree sure did own up to their mistake. So, Fri I go to work and they show up as I leaving, cool. I get a voicemail at about 11 o'clock, this is what he says, " hey this is Joe from bair tree service, we are all done, there was some damage to your driveway, but as stated on our contract it's not our fault". Ok, I know things happen and they use big trucks, and my driveway isn't new or anything, but o my god! Some damage?! They destroyed my driveway. The money saved on the Japanese maples does not come close to the amount I will have to spend on driveway repairs. They put plywood down in the grass, I guess so they don't get stuck? Why not use some in a driveway where you will have a crane truck lifting tons and tons of tree trunk?! Makes sense to me but since they have that noted on the contract exactly no precautions will be taken to protect your property. Also, I don't remove trees for a living but doesn't make sense that when you have a CRANE onsite , to remove the tree as you cut it with the crane. Instead they drop enormous parts of tree into your yard destroying your grass, creating divots over a foot deep and 10 to 15ft long, and THEN, use the crane to pick them up and put on the truck. I don't know, it just makes more sense to me I guess. All in all we will never use, never recommend, and hopefully never talk about bair tree service again. Although I'm sure I'll be mumbling some choice words while repairing all the damage to my house.

Nasty people, stay away. I got a quote on a tree trimming job in my back yard and the gentleman was fine. I called back a couple of months later to schedule the job and was told the account mgr would call me back to tell me a time they would come out. When I suggested we find a mutually convenient time I was told that's now how they do things. Then the best part - the acct mgr calls me back 1 day before he wants to come do the job. I say I need to find another time, tomorrrow I won't be there. He starts berating me for my "little job", that all of their customers trust their work and don't need to be there, and that if I hadn't waited so long to get the job done...etc." I said "you've just lost my business" - I have never experienced such nasty customer bashing - ever. Stay away

This company was horrible, and their service was terrible. It took over three weeks for them to come back out to remove the stump from the tree they removed. I had to call them to remind them to come out and remove the stump. They tore up about 300 square ft of my lawn, which now looks awful. While they were "removing the stump", they cut electrical wires that were connected to street lamps on the road. I notified the company and told them about this and they told me they are not responsible for that mistake. I do not understand how a business can treat its customers in that way and make them pay for something they did not do. Now I will have to spend another several hundred dollars to fix their mistake on top of the $700 they charged me to remove the tree. This does not include the money I will have to spend to seed my lawn since it is now destroyed. Thank you very much for the terrible service and the lack of help to fix your mistake. I hope your business goes under. I will never recommend your business to anyone I know.
