horrible attitude. never would recommend

For $395 Mike Z took care of my bird problem in my soffit once and for all. He put new screens on, removed cleared away old nesting material while the birds were out foraging for food, and the birds have stayed away!

We had a yellow jacket nest the size of a basketball in our basement and Mike got rid of them!! We are very greatful for his hard work. Would recommend.

Mike is very knowledgeable and best of all, he's incredibly humane. He removed a mother raccoon and 5 babies from my garage attic, located the entry point and will be sealing it. He is responsive and his prices are very reasonable. As my son said to me regarding Mike, "if there is a heaven, there is definitely a place for him..." If you need a humane wildlife expert, I would definitely recommend calling Mike!

I highly recommend Mike and his service. He is personable, professional, and punctual. Very effective communication throughout. He believes in humane capture and really knows his stuff. He solved my raccoon problem quickly. Hopefully I won’t have another one get into my attic, but if so I wouldn’t hesitate to call Mike again.

There is still good in the world! Mike is out there making the world a better place. I just contacted Mike about a baby squirrel we found in our backyard. He called back immediately and provided us with a local shelter that takes animals through the night. He gave us thorough information. He even called back to give us landmark identifiers for when we got to the animal rescue. Mike is providing a wonderful service! He is curtious and kind. Thank you, Mike!

When we realized we had birds nesting in the dryer vent, we had no idea where to look to find someone to remove them. After calling several companies and being quoted several hundred dollars, we found Animal Management and gave them a call. Mike was quick to respond and quoted us a VERY reasonable price (without charging us to come "look" at the problem first, as many of the other companies tried to do). Mike was super friendly and flexible and removed the bird's nest without harming the birds or impeding the babies' development (which was very important to us). It was a great experience and we HIGHLY recommend this company!!

In reference to the negative review written by a Mr. Tan: I am the owner of the building serviced by Mike, as I am the Landlord of the building in question. Mike was acting upon my specific instructions in relation to the pest issue we were having, and the problem wouldn't have been exacerbated if Mr. Tan, the tenant, followed my instructions as well and did not wait several days to contact Mike. Mike was extremely prompt, responsive, professional, and effective in taking care of our pest problem, and I will continue to use him for any future issues we may have. I highly recommend Mike for any of your animal management issues.

I was very happy with this company, because the cost was reasonable, and it got rid of the squirrel in my bedroom wall in a matter of just a few days. I enthusiastically recommend Animal Management to everyone.
