After my appointment fell through with Orkin due to "over booking", I called Koss and he was extremely busy and still made time to get me started on the treatment process necessary for my property. Did not respond to messages immediately, but never forgot! Appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. Will be using Koss moving forward!
