Heather takes so long to get back to me! I had a bee issue and I kept messaging her and when she came out here to spray for bees in July she was here for five minutes the next day I noticed nests and she said she would come back but it’s been a few weeks! She charged me almost $200 to spray the house for nothing I still have bees nests and almost $500 for carpenter ants! Way overpriced and not good service at all!

Our family has been using Valley Pest for decades and for the homes of 3 generations. They are thorough, reasonable and reliable. If there is ever an issue they respond almost immediately to our call.

Arrived within one day of my phone call to the office. The gentleman that arrived were professional and kind. They went right to work. They were quick and efficient. Took care of a hornet's nest in my attic and didn't charge me for it. And price was very affordable. I will be signing up for quarterly visits to maintain my home and would recommend them.

A very prompt and reliable service. Two young men came within 24-hours and literally obliterated 3 yellow jacket nest and a wasp nest that surrounded the exterior of our home They explained in detail how the process is completed in order to destroy the pests. Our grandchildren can now safely enjoy our patio and pool we have used them in the past with much success with mice control during the fall months. Would definitely use them again.

Not the most glamorous business to rate. But, when you need any pest control services, they meet your needs and do the job right Nancy keeps track of your building schedules with a friendly courtesy call. Costs are very reasonable.

We have/had every critter known to man so we called Valley Pest. Best call we made this summer. Charles, the tech, was very personable, professional and explained everything in great detail. No pressure to sign-up for monthly visits like the big outfits. The price was great as was the service. Give them a call and put Charles in charge:)
