We signed a 12 month agreement, four services as listed on their welcome letter. Now after four Evergreen, state it is five services, as the initial service does not count towards the four services. I am pretty good at counting, and reading. In the English language initial is also known as the first. (Hope that helps). Now they are compelling the fifth service or pay additional monies to cancel.
