The guys here are absolutely great! They have helped me through a few issues lately and they have been very helpful explaining everything and answering all my questions clearly and giving great advice. They are timely, professional, and just all around great. I would recommend them to anyone having any kind of pest issues.

I have used this company for over a year now, first for one rental property and now a second one. They were able to squeeze me in on short notice the day before a family moved in, and provided mold remediation as well as spraying for a very foul odor in the basement, along with the inspection and treatment for mice and other critters. I highly recommend them. Update: I have continued using this company for several years now and remain highly satisfied with their work. They are very responsive to get me on the schedule quickly, and are flexible in accommodating the needs of my tenants.

As another customer mentioned, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My husband contacted this company this morning and they were at our home before it even hit the afternoon. The professional expert advice accompanied with the wit that had me laughing, more than I expected, made for such a fun experience. Who ever expects to have a fun experience with a pest control visit?? lol We talked about our families and shared stories which also made for a warm experience. Most importantly though, I LOVED how honest they were. I can spot a company trying to drain my bank account from a mile away. This company is definitely NOT THAT type of company. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and they love their customers they do it for. I can keep going but I’ll wrap this up by mentioning that I was completely blown away by the price of the quarterly maintenance plan that we singed up for with this company. WOW. Extremely reasonable compared to most of these commercial companies who charge you 1.7 billion just to show up lol thanks guys! Totally looking forward to our quarterly visits!

If I could leave more stars I would. These guys are THE BEST. They are kind, considerate, super accommodating, quick, efficient, reasonably priced and get the job DONE!! I manage 50 short term rental properties and these guys are often my saving grace. From cluster files to hornets nests to general treatments to bed bug scares and everything in between. They are incredible about accommodating our unique schedule, unlike many of the contractors we have to deal with. They understand that our open availability is different from most and work hard to ensure they find a good time for us, working around check outs and check ins, while also ensuring it’s asap!! I’ve been working with these guys for a while now and every time I call them they are on it. They use a code to access the property and don’t make me sit there and wait for them, they get the job done and send me a quick and easy to pay invoice. It’s almost like magic. I send a text and next thing I know the job is done. As busy as I am and as important as delegation is to me- these guys are top of the line and an irreplaceable part of my team. As much as I’d love to say I hope to work with them again in the future… I also hope we don’t need them anytime soon 🤣 but if we do I will certainly be reaching out to Chris or Bill and I’m sure they’ll make it happen for me like always!! The gentlemen at Pearce were very personable, and came out more than once to address raccoons nesting in my chimney. They finished the job by placing a chimney cap on my chimney to prevent further infestation. The cap was not easy to install, but they handled the situation well, and expeditiously.

Pearce Pest Control is great to work with! Nice guys. Vets (big plus). Great at what they do and so much more. They actually did some minor construction type work to the outside of our home to "pest-proof" it so things are stopped from coming in in the first place... Not just the typical spray or set traps and leave in 10 mins. Fair price and worth every penny. Thank you!

I just had Pearce Pest Control come out to survey a backyard structure that has wooden damage to it and needed an expert's "eye" on whether damage was caused by insects or weather decay. Bill thoroughly checked the damaged wood and gave his recommendation. He did not try to sell me any service or treatment that I did not need and reassured me he would be available to treat should we uncover any insect issues. I highly recommend this company for any pest control issues knowing they provide a fair and honest service. It's good to deal directly with the owner of a business.

We had a large bees nest removed from them that several other companies would not do. They are professional, timely, and extremely honest business owners.

Pearce has been excellent to us! They are knowledgeable, prompt, communicative, personal, and all around good people. We hired them for an inspection, exclusion, and quarterly pest control.
