These guys are true professionals and get the job done at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them for any job you need done right. They go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy.

We had a bat issue and the Sifords team came out, assessed the issue and did their thing in a timely and professional manner for a reasonable price. Their work on my soffit looks great and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend them to everyone with bat/ rodent issues.

Called Sifords for help removing a racoon that just had babies. Jim was always very quick to respond, and great to deal with. Mike arrived promptly and after coming up with a game plan, had the mother racoon trapped just after the sun went down. The next day came back, and was able to locate and remove the kits from a wall cavity. I am beyond happy I decided to give them call. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and fair priced. Although I hope I never need to call them again, I would 10/10 recommend them to someone who does!

We had an issue with bats in a house we were purchasing last year, so we found Sifords and they came and installed the bat door, sold us on a custom vent cap for the roof, and sealed up the entry areas for the bats. Fast forward to less than 1 year later, we still have a bat problem, so not all points have been sealed up, and we have bat poop forming again in the attic. I have contacted Sifords several times VIA email, I have called, and still no reply. I paid over $1000 last year to have the bats removed and clearly, it was a waste. I now have to pay someone else to come and deal with this mess and remove the boards in the attic to see where the bats are getting in (something Sifords did not do). Tread with caution when selecting this company.

Siford’s came out, gave us a quote, and moved quickly to address our concerns and remedy the situation so no one was harmed— ourselves included. For being one of a few wildlife removal services in the Erie County area, they worked well with us. They explained everything they were doing and followed through with the plan. Without any reservation, I’d highly recommend them to anyone in need of a wildlife relocation service.

They did a great job catching a skunk that liked to hide under my porch.

We had a bat problem at our house and James was able to do what another company could not do he is very professional and is the best around as far as I am concerned when it comes to bats. He installed one way valves properly and did a phenomenal job sealing off our home so others cannot get back in. James and Mike did an amazing job with the clean-up after exclusion. Both me and my wife are so happy we can use our space again. We will be having him out every year for inspection. I highly recommend his services if you are having problems with Bats!!!

James and his associates sealed the entry points in my attic, installed a bat valve and successfully removed a bat maternity colony. They are professional, highly skilled and knowledgeable. I recommend them without hesitation!

They showed up promptly and trapped several beavers and a muskrat. The crittwrs had plugged our overflow on the ponds. And the Muskrat was tearing up the dam.

Never showed up 2 help. I got her out on my own by removing sheet rock. It help her little leg that was stuck too loose to freedom. I very dissatisfied that this occurred but glad she's free. Animal care taker

I had called originally to set up an appointment for squirrel removal. I was contacted once and given a day that they would be here to set traps. They never showed. I had called back and was told it was hunting season, but that they would set the traps on a day they would be in the area. They never called or showed on that second appointment date either. I had called and left a voicemail asking when they would be able to come and have never received a response.

We hired Siford’s to address bats getting into our home. James provided a quality, thorough quote of his services, which was very reasonable. He and his assistant were professional and very easy to talk to. James took time to walk around the house with us to educate us on bat entry points and how bats could be entering the attic. We were impressed with the quality of his work and how respectful he was our of space (cleaned up after, left nothing behind, wore boot covers inside, matched vent cover colors to our home, etc.) It took a few attempts to contact him throughout the process but his professionalism and the quality of his work was worth it. He is 1 of 2 people able to remove bats in the Erie area and by far the superior choice of contractor.

I called James for an appointment and was asked if Wednesday or Thursday of the following week was OK, which was fantastic. They never showed up. Never even called to say they couldn't make it! I called James on Friday and he told me they got caught up at another location and couldn't come. He asked if they could come Wednesday or Thursday the following week. Since stuff happens I said that was fine. AGAIN they never showed up. AGAIN never called to say they were not going to make it! Highly disappointed!!!
