I have been completely satisfied with Genesis Termite and Pest Control. We had a terrible ant problem when we first moved into our house, and since they've been taking care of our treatments - no ants. We also had another issue with an unidentified flying insect invading our basement and after numerous attempts, they finally figured out the issue and saved us hundreds of dollars. (One solution that was recommended by another company was the need to call a plumber and do some extensive work with our sump pump.) I highly recommend the company.

SERIOUSLY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Short story: They didn't fix the problem we hired them for so right off the bat complet waste of money, didn't show for one of their services and then harassed us every single day with calls, emails, ect. For payment for the service they didn't even show up for. It finally got to the point we paid just to make them stop because they ignored everything we said. Worst experience ever!!!! Bunch of liars and thieves. Long story: We hired them to help with the mice that would come in because I'm terrified of them and we live near a field so we sought for professional help. First we get sucked into a year contract but I figured it would be worth it to keep the mice away. Their first visit they did inspections and such and filled one hole... Which two months later the mice were broken through their "block". And we had called during those two months because we were still getting mice and they came by with traps and told us we could put the sticky pads down and pretty much do it ourselves. Which we hired someone so I didn't have to deal with that so that felt pointless. 3rd time they come in those two months they say they will put bait stations outside to help and they would keep refilling them during the quarterly visits. Fast forward to the rest of the 10 months with them. They were extremely unprofessional. One time they came unannounced no warning.( Didn't fill bait station, did a super quick spray and left in less then 2 mins) next time they came once again no filling of bait stations, left a receipt without writing anything they did on it and we're gone again in under 2 mins. (we have cameras) and the last time they sent me a text asking if a date would work in which I didn't reply because I needed to call and talk about their prior jobs and they "showed up" anyway. They left no receipt, no note, bait stations were untouched and they didn't even show up on our camera..... When we told them they didn't come because there was nothing on our camera and we never agreed to that day plus nothing was done we were told by the owner that he came himself.... Then later when we said we're weren't paying for that it wasn't done we were told someone else came....... Again their story changed. I mentioned the fact we were not satisfied (as a their website states you don't pay if your not satisfied. We agreed to pay August because we atleast saw them on the camera and even though it wasn't done right they came. But the last service no one even showed and we weren't paying it. They then proceeded to email and call us every single day multiple times a day trying to tell us we have to pay for something they didn't even do. The entire service was a HUGE waste of money and the worst experience I've ever had with a business like this. So horrible.

Canceled services due to uneffective products. They continue to service home unannounced while we where away... owner calls and tells me I can't cancel due to contract. Small town here and word travels fast when you have zero integrity or professional services.. I should of read the reviews....

If I could leave zero stars I would. I called on a Friday inquiring about bee removal, I was told that the soonest anyone could come out was the next Friday 9/3 and it had to be at 6 am. So on 9/3 no one shows up, I call and speak to the same person I originally scheduled this appointment with and he proceeds to tell me my appointment was 8/31 and I rescheduled it. Funny since nothing was available before 9/3, which I reminded him. He did not even bother to apologize for his big time screw up or try to squeeze me in, just said it would be at least another week. Not sure how this company stays in business with kind of customer service. Thankfully I found a better company.

I would of liked to give a five star rating but I some cleaning up after their initial treatment. I also had to call them back two other times because of what they call swarmers. Hopefully Nick fixed the problem. If so , thanks a lot Nick

I had them come out and paid them for a full preventative house spray. When I arrived home, the paper said they only did the front area. I reached out to them and they said due to a family emergency, they couldn't respond and they never reached back out despite me still having bug problems. So not only did I overpay them for work they didn't do, I still have a bug problem. I'm disappointed in their customer service.

Not impressed and do not recommend. Didn't show up the first day. Second day they came 2 hrs earlier than the scheduled time and I was on my way out the door for an appt. Careful of the "guarantee" they give you. It's not truly a guarantee. He didn't explain it to me the first day and when they came back to retreat he wanted to make sure "we were on the same page". What he told me the first time he came was not what he told me and my wife the second time he came.
