I had wasps going into an outside vent and coming into my house at a steady and alarming pace. Called Keystone as a first time customer and they sent someone out within 2 hours. The technician (Andrew, I believe?) was friendly and informative. Their treatment was two days ago and I haven’t seen any wasps since. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Rob completed our quarterly treatment this past Friday. Weve had almost no pests inside the house since Keystone started its services here.

We had yellow jackets coming in the house. They showed up and located the nest for us when their competitors wouldn’t. I’d call them again in a heartbeat!

Overall they got ride of the wasp, but the scheduling was random and i had no approval of it no call no checking on availablity,i ended up being not home and for the small spot they sprayed outside paying 200 plus dollars seems kinda crazy to me, but it was the cheapest i found when comparing. I wish they would of also sprayed the whole house and inside i found like 10 dead wasp my upstairs bedroom after the work was done so i k ow its working. Wish they would of reschedule for a time i was home and for the price wish they sprayed for pest while there not just a small wasp spot. Its been a week and they are gone but i fear they may return after the month covered laspe. But also didnt want to do a monthly service heading into the winter season. I will say the man i work with responded well when i texted him and got ride of an old wasp nest in a different location for me, i prob could of did this myself with the right chemicals, i wish they would of looked more into the siding and covered up the whole the wasp sliped in to begin with to resolve future problems and spray for pest include in the price (i just saw a spider and freaked out) over cheap and u get what u paid for. So if you want a decent price def the move!

This local company was great to work with. Call in the morning and a technician was out to our home within 2 hours to handle our bee issue. Both the customer service person and the technician were pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. Prompt service. Quote and billing were accurate and simple to navigate. Thank you.

Good fast service. Had a yellow jacket problem at my house. Came out and used a powder that they will carry into the nest and eventually kill the other bees. Just done today. Takes 24-48 for results. Will update my review later. Edit. So within 24 hours no Yellow Jackets flying in and out of my house. I am so happy I called Keystone. I tried to fix the problem myself but that was a waste of time and product. So yes very happy!!
