A few months ago we requested Henderson to help us resolve a problem with flying insects on our back yard deck. Henderson sent Chad to solve our problem. Accordingly, Chad worked the problem and resolved the issue. The insects were eliminated as well as control of other pests Thank you Chad for your excellent performance.

Christian came today to offer his services. He explained what he did to get rid of any future mice and he was particular about walking into my house by making sure that his shoes were clean. If we see any more mice, he said that we should call immediately and he would return. Thank you for your prompt service and explanation of what you did. He also likes pets and his concern for them and the use of pesticides was important to him.

Bill and his team are wonderfully responsive. In addition to the regular pest control services they come out and do for us, we called last week when we had dozens of massive European hornets flying out our chimney. Bill came over within a few hours of us calling, squeezing us in before heading to a personal doctor's appointment for himself, and he was able to take care of the nest right away. He followed up with us to make sure we weren't seeing or hearing any more hornets, and he promised if we did, he would be over right away again. If you loathe the insect world's intrusion in your home as much as I do, having a trustworthy, responsive, and thorough exterminator is invaluable, and Bill embodies all of those qualities.

I’m back again a year later to leave yet another review. This time around I had a yellow jacket wasp hive in the wall of my home. The hive was protruding through my wall, because the wasps had eaten through my drywall and were now flying around the playroom. Out of every room of my home, this was in my playroom, where my young children play. Bill was over within 2 hours. He was able to kill the ones that were flying around my playroom, get rid of the tons of dead ones all over the playroom and was able to completely destroy the hive all within a few hours. Can’t thank you enough. Thankfully this potentially very dangerous situation was handled quickly, safely and done the right way. Also, I want to thank Lauren for her quick responses via email and on the phone, always very friendly, and helpful!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Hendedson Pest Services! Bill and Lauren were responsive to my inquiry immediately. Bill did not waste anytime coming to my apartment to access the infestation I had. A treatment plan was then developed, which covered all of my concerns. I am now comfortable in my home knowing I am on my way to being pest-free. Services were performed and a follow-up will be done in two weeks. Henderson Pest Services are very professional, knowledgeable, kind and efficient.

Great Experience and Cost all around!! With Henderson's service they also took the Hornet's nest. We called around and other companies would not do that. Henderson's cost was also much better!!
