As others have said, it is great that they can come out same day or next day in an emergency. However, we were quite disappointed that their chemicals left stains on the siding in numerous places. When pointed out, we were told what product to buy to use to clean it ourselves. Which ultimately did not work and we've asked numerous other contractors about it since. Many trial and errors later we were finally able to remove it on our own but still it felt rude that we even had to. We also felt their quarterly service was a bit pricy to justify the continued relationship.

I called them on 7-18-22 regarding a hornets nest removal. Jonathan was very professional, helpful and he definitely put my mind at ease. He gave me a price over the phone. He scheduled the appointment for 7-19-22, showed up on time and went right to work. He explained everything very clearly and took care of the hornets problem. Hopefully we will never have hornets again but if we do, I would definitely call Trinity Pest Management!
