Use any other company!!! We have been using Orkins service for ants since March. In this entire period we have only been ant free for two weeks, the rest of the time has been worse than before they did treatment. After the first two appointments we were forgotten. The payment would come out but no one would ever show up or contact us. We would have to chase them down for days to get a call back to be told to wait to weeks. Wanted to take precaution so i signed up for preventative care. Was $198 first visit and was to be $58 a month with treatment every 2 months unless there was an issue. All good until After the 2nd visit i was billed $111. Called a good 4 times to get a run around that a manager was to call me as there’s nothing customer service can do about the billing issues. Finally got a manager to talk to and was told my account would be fixed as it was an issue on their end. Needless to say it still wasn’t
