Terrible service. I have been paying, for over a year, for mouse control, and still have mouse shit all through my home!!! Everytime I call in to complain I’m told “it’s going to take time. The poop is green so that’s a good thing”. Meanwhile 2 service techs admitted how awful it was and that it shouldn’t be happening! I’ve tried calling in to talk to a manager or owner and they will not talk to me. I’m now being ignored and hung up on.

We have a HUGE wasps nest in the peak of our new house. Called Leaf. They were so helpful! They gave me options to get rid of my problem. 1) was to call them back in two days after the these below freezing nights OR 2) wait until we have one of those freaky days in the winter and take a power washer to knock the nest down. They could’ve made an easy buck but were honest with a simple DIY. That’s the way to do business!

Called at 1113 on a Friday and talked to the secretary at the office to get pricing and schedule an appointment to remove some carpenter ants from our house. She was very nice and put me on hold to get pricing from someone else in the office, which was $150-$250. She said that a technician will call me later to schedule for next week. I got a call at 1757 from the technician who told me it was $400-$500. When I questioned the price compared to what the other person at the office quoted (the person the secretary asked), he told me I talked to Annette and to call the office back on Monday and have her do that for that price. Maybe I will call on Monday and see if she can, but seems more likely that I won't use them and will make sure I tell anyone I know not to use them either.

FRAUD COMPANY WORST SERVICE Be aware this is fraud company, i called them after watching this ad, they spray and put gel.. nothing happened.. they are just spraying water and fake gel.. when i contact them they said cockroaches will be gone after 20 days.. now we have more cockroaches and fly's.. Total waste of time and money

I’m sorry you had a bad experience. Let me assure you we use the best restricted use material and follow label instructions (the label is the law). Cockroaches take a lot of time to be eradicated, usually involving multiple treatments. Please call me at the office to discuss your situation. Tim/General Manager
