Wow! This team of professionals is amazing!! They assessed my issue with photos via phone FREE OF CHARGE, were incredibly helpful and offered fantastic advice on all of my options. Some companies are simply looking to get service fees and upcharge clients but this company is truly focused on solving the problem...in this case, we might not even pay for anything (potentially throwing out the table). So I always like to go local since my business is local as well. From the woman on the phone to the guys that came out were all fantastic. We’ve had an ant problem all summer long. I stayed home all day waiting for the technician who never arrived. Not even a phone call from the company or technician advising of lateness or the need to reschedule. The only good outcome was my ambivalence about removing the ground nest was rewarded as I decided the bees where not bad neighbors and to leave them alone.

Zap is 2 for 2 with me. Just today they came out within an hour or two to take care of the European Hornets who were claiming squatters rights in my attic and decided to start expanding into my closet. Super friendly and responsive they have earned my business well into the future.

Zap is by far the best of the best for me there is no other pest control company. Their staff has been so helpful to me and my customers for years. Their knowledge is so impressive. I own a small landscaping and handyman business so I come across all types of rodents and damage they cause as well as hornet nests either in the ground or hanging. The only company I will ever call is ZAP because my reputation is literally my livelihood and ZAP is so professional they have only ever impressed me over multiple years and emergencies. We came home to bees on the interior of our home. We have 2 small children so our home wasn’t livable. We got a hotel room as every company we called said it would be a few days to get a tech out. We called Zap from our hotel room and the owner was there within the hour. After a cleanup visit from a tech the next day we were bee free before we could schedule an appointment with the several other companies we called. I wasn’t concerned about cost in the moment, but I was pleasantly surprised when billed. We will be using Zap for all maintenance and emergencies in the future. Just an amazing small business.

Highly professional, effective, and affordable

The tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job. They gave suggestions on how to control my excessive mosquito and ant problem, and the job was done right. Took the time to answer all of my questions. The office staff is friendly and helpful, very responsive.

They power sprayed outside our office after we had seen a few bugs randomly inside. After Matt sprayed, there were so many bugs that came out of the cracks on the outside of our building and were dead on the sidewalk! Zap did the job!
