Great service, even better communication

I’m a Property Manger in East York, PA and have been very satisfied with my experience working with Western Pest - but what really stands out to me is their customer service. Kiara has always been quick to respond and Viviana who does our pest treatment always gives me a heads up on ETA to inform residents. We’re currently on our second year of a contract with Western Pest and don’t plan on switching! They are amazing overall and I highly recommend them

Friendly and effective good service

I just used Western Pest Services from Lititz, PA. I had both yellow jackets in my wall, and a huge bald-faced hornet's nest hanging in a tree only about 10 feet off the ground. They were quick to provide an estimate, and then quick to come out and treat. I'm very pleased with their service, and they took the time to explain everything well. Highly recommended!

We switched from Akita to Western about six months ago. It was the best decision! Their pest control approach is great. Their customer service is even better. They are arriving next day when we voice a concern. Our sales person and technician are knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond to ensure that are needs are being not just met, but acceded.

I do not use this company personally, but I live in an apartment building whose management does. This company seems to render good service --- but is TOTALLY unpredictable in keeping its appointments. My property manager tells me to "prepare for (this and that day)". On the day the exterminator is set to arrive he either doesn't come or I get a call from my property manager saying "it will be tomorrow". Tomorrow comes and the exterminator STILL doesn't show up --- and then when he finally does show up it is most unexpected and I have only a few minutes' notice from my property manager. Consequently I will no longer wait in my apartment for the exterminator's arrival even when I have an "appointment" because my property manager can let him in if needed.
