Jason is one of the FEW local businesses I recommend. Last year, my neighbor as well as myself had a bee issue and he promptly addressed the problem. Both my neighbor & myself have had him out twice this year, he treated for bees and outside inscect control at our development. His rates are extremely reasonable and he communicates with his customers! Highly recommended.

In selling our home the buyer requested a insect and pest inspection. The buyer agent arranged the inspection with Lebanon Valley Termite and Pest control. This business is one man operation. During the inspection, Jason pointed out to me a single carpenter ant in a finished out building that I had the door open to during packing for our move. His report later stated ants. When I questioned him, he convineantly said he may have seen one on the side. He also showed me apparent termite damage but admitted it was not active. I questioned his overall report and had Erlich and Terminix both in for 2 more inspections. Both these worldwide companies inspected our home and outbuilding with agreeing results that differ from Lebanon Valley Termite and Pest Control. Both stated they saw nothing worthy of reporting during their individual inspections. Both found Lebanon Valley's report to be misleading. Unfortunately, the original report can not be disputed and I am now spending $1620 to treat termites that are not even present and 1 ant. When I contacted Jason he pretty much said he reports findings to cover himself incase of something arising in the future so he is no liable for having missed during his inspection. I hope to spare others the incompetent inspection be Lebanon Valley Termite and Pest Control.
