It had taken 3 calls over several days to actually get a call back and once they did call, it was 640p and I was in the middle of dinner. I found someone else. If this companies work is anything like their customer service, I would ring someone else.

Paid for two years of service for termite treatment. In the last year and a half he has been to our house 3 times and one of the times was to install the bait traps. Do not waste your time or money on a company that does not fulfill his contract . I’m sorry now that I did not go with another company.

Never again. Dude is a flake. Called, made an appointment to come over to house a week later for indoor & outdoor maintenance spraying. He no showed. Called him. He called back. He forgot. Never wrote the appointment down. If you make an appointment, I’d call him the day before to remind him.

We’ve used Sean for various services over the years, can’t recommend him enough!!
