This is very dirty and not easy work to do. But these guys showed up and worked non stop to remove and replace new insulation. Also, seal any areas that rodents can get in and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend this company.

Use a different company. We had an appointment for an exterminator to come out to our house between 10am and 12. My husband sat home waiting and no one showed up. I called at 12 and they told me they would look into it and call me right back. They never called me back. I called again at 4 and they assured me that someone had called me and left me a message. Never happened! I had my phone on me all day. They explained to me that the exterminator had been held up at a job all day yet no phone call to tell me that, and they didn’t even offer to send someone else out. Don’t use them!!!

I started to notice getting little bites upon waking a few weeks ago and even though I had an idea of what it was it was, I wasn't 100% percent sure. I proceeded to do my research and called a number of exterminators. He went over all the prep info with me and what would further be done to tackle this issue.

After experiencing pest control service from Exterminator King of Prussia we can’t even think of making a move to any other company. Last week we truly had a nice time working with them. We were impressed by their proactive effort that they made to get us rid from the problem of mice at our home. Incredible effort, definitely love to recommend them.

I had them come out for mice, their so called technicians was at my house about 30-45 minutes apparently closing holes. They charged me $375 and the mice didn't go away they actually got worse and I don't think a hole was "closed". Worst experience ever!!!!!!!! I called, I emailed and no one not one person wanted to help me, a women gave me an attitude and told me I got what I paid for! So I am pretty sure I got robbed if anything... I wouldn't use this company if you like your money!!!!!!

I was completely frustrated to see pesky crawlers jumping all around my room. My uncle suggested Exterminator King of Prussia to me. Within an hour they were out of my home. It confused me that whether they have done anything or not. After a week when I saw the result it was surprisingly beyond my expectation. In fact they made me feel more comfortable at my own home.

I would give no stars if I could. Called to take care of a mouse issue for a store I manage in King of Prussia. First appointment, no call, no show. I called the office and was told the technician's truck broke down and that he was supposed to call. They apologized and we rescheduled for the next day and again, no call, no show. I needed this handled in a timely manner. Basic customer service: Communicate with your customers and follow through! In the meantime, the issue has escalated. Very dissatisfied and will be using another service.

Exterminator King Of Prussia saved the day! We found a wasp nest in the lawn and could not set up for our outdoor reception on the weekend. Exterminator King Of Prussia came out on Saturday and by Sunday we were able to have our event as planned! Great service and price!

I love the fact that they offer natural pest control. I have 2 kids and a dog and I feel very comfortable when they service my home. No worries about toxicity. I also really like the fact that they explains the entire process. What type of pest and what the game plan is to remove that pest. They even give us a complete analysis sheet of our home and issues that could be fixed to help our situation. Very Professional!
