Did very little to address our rodent problem. Put around some sticky traps and after several weeks added a couple of bait stations. Nothing was caught. Continued to hear activity in our walls. Offered no solution. Assured us that we did not have mice or rats but rather another sort of critter. Tech would not go in my attic because there were only rafters. But did place a bait station up there. Checked once and said it had not been touched. Three months later and I am still having problems.

The local folks in Johnstown, PA, actually did a great job. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and the job they did. However, I canceled the service in October of 2020. The corporate office continued to bill me for Nov, Dec, and Jan. I called in to request a refund, was told it would be processed in 7-10 business days. I reached out to Ehrlich on a Friday about a problem we were having with rodents and they scheduled the inspection for Monday. I requested the 2p to 4p time slot because I had other things already scheduled the rest of the day. On Monday the lady doing the inspection just showed up at my house over 2 hours early!
