Environmental Pest was 5 star all around! From the office staff and scheduling to the staff treating the house. Everyone was so understanding in dealing with my elderly mother's home and my crazy schedule. They were very detailed in explaining everything. We are bug free. I highly recommend them!

No return call. I called about an issue and the lady was very thorough in her questions. I expressed some concerns about pesticides and chemicals, she immediately said then she doesn't think they can do the job but to text pictures and she will discuss with the owner. She did get back to me and told be the owner said they could do it and I asked if I could call back to schedule. I called back and left a message with someone to have Diane (I believe was her name) to call me back and nothing. No response, I found and paid someone else which ended up great. I gave two stars because...well...you answered the phone at first and it started off good but ended badly. **EDITED because of company review response. This company did not do any work for me. I thought that was clear in the review. My review was based on their customer service. Please keep in mind if your reading this review, I still have NOT received a call back. Does it take weeks to respond to a customer. If there were others in line then that should be made clear not ignored Any reputable customer service driven company wither larger or small should respond to customers wither you can do the job or not. It's unprofessional to be ghosted let alone respond to a review that is an office issue. Referencing Amazon as if that would help the lack customer service provided. This Company may do excellent work in the field but I would never know due to their lack of customer service. Take the honest constructive criticism as an opportunity to fix an issue or training not an opportunity to take it out on the customer like a 2 year old. I wish your business success but will not be utilized by me or any one I know based on the tantrum. Good day.

Identified the insect no charge, very knowledgeable, understanding, free estimates, explained what needed done before they do any service -so you don't spend anymore money than needed or waste their time. Seemed like they didn't want to rip you off.

I had an expanding White Faced Hornet nest on the 2nd story eaves. EPC came out the day after I called, super nice, super affordable. Sprayed the nest, pulled it down, and took it away. Poor guy got stung 5x before he hit my house near Dilltown. Still, very kind and professional, even with a big swollen lip! Black Hornets are no joke. They swarm ya, spray venom in your face if they can’t sting ya 10x. Chase you and your dogs. They’ll get ya and that ‘bullet’ hurts! Never feel safe and breeding 500-700 hornet 🐝 colony with many new breeder queens. Call this great team out of Indiana. I am thrilled I can get in the pool and mow the lawn and cut up firewood without the heebie jeebies. Thank you EPC!

Fast service

Soo at 35 I found out that nite don't let the bed bugs bite wasn't just an expression 😢. They are an absolute nightmare Soo I called this place n was given a quote being on social security I don't have a lotta money Soo as embarrassing as it was I called churches n asked for help well we got help with close to 400 n they were supposed to do 2 rooms 1 bedroom n living room they took it upon themselves to do the rest of the house which again we didn't ask them to do we get a bill in the mail for an extra 200+ n it didn't even get ridda the problem. The people themselves r nice but this place as a company is a joke

I'm a long-time customer of Environmental Pest Management and could never be happier with the result of their work! These guys are truly the best. The workers are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. If all businesses had an employee like Diane to talk to, the world would be a better place! The services I've had them provide so far are annual wasp/carpenter bee sprays. Couldn't be happier with the result and price! I'd recommend Environmental Pest Management for any and all pest control needs! :-)
