Have been a customer for over 20 years they come and spray exterior from March to October around exterior as we live in the woods.They have returned after spraying for an invasion of pavement ants, they will also spray near garage if my husband sees an excessive amount of bugs. But today two really nice gentlemen came out for a huge hornets nest they were so very nice and were very knowledgeable and took care of it for us and it was big and full of bees and they even took it down for us. Thank you to these guys and Robert's excellent service

I called Robert's after noticing ants and spiders around the outside of my house. The spiders were making many webs across my front window making it feel like a spooky castle! The ants were in an outside door jam and I was concerned they'd get in the house. Robert's came out the next day and sprayed. Unfortunately, the ants did find their way inside and as soon as I called Robert's came out to re- treat. A couple weeks later a few stragglers ants were noticeable and Robert's came out again with no questions asked. Great customer service! I highly recommend them!

I have been a loyal customer for over three years, utilizing your seasonal spraying services from Spring to Fall. Last month, a change in technicians revealed that the previous two technicians had been spraying more areas than necessary. On April 21st, I spoke with a representative in your office regarding the additional costs associated with completing all the spraying and the change from monthly to quarterly spraying. I had several questions about whether a different product was being used and other related inquiries. During our conversation, the representative twice suggested that I could take my business elsewhere if I was not satisfied with the service. I want to clarify that I never expressed dissatisfaction; I simply had questions that needed answers. Additionally, I found it challenging to communicate as the representative dominated the conversation, speaking for approximately 90% of the call, leaving me little opportunity to voice my concerns. The representative assured me that the manager would contact me, but as of the afternoon of April 25th, I have yet to receive a call. I also left a message on the evening of April 23rd inquiring about the manager's call. This experience has been disappointing, and I feel that my business is not valued. Furthermore, it seems there is rarely anyone available in the office to speak with directly, as I often have to leave a message.

Craig was the ultimate professional and so courteous, helpful and prompt. I had a family of raccoons living in my chimney and Chris was able in short order remove them even though it was on the morning of the 4th of July. I would highly recommend him for any pest control services.

I have been using Robert's Pest Control for the last 3/4 years. The service is excellent. They are very knowledgable in what they do. The employees are super nice. They provide me a full house spray twice a year and i have never had a problem with the service at all. This company is fantastic

I called for outdoor service and they were out. The girl said they would call back and they never did. So poor service.

Dave the inspector was on time and very professional. Best overall experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for home inspection needs. Great job!
