Joe went above and beyond to make my issue go away and came back as long as i asked even after the issue was resolved when is was totally paranoid.

This man is horribly unprofessional and is completely unqualified. He entered my apartment and had the gaul to start yelling at me because i was unsatisfied with his work. He admittedly uses faulty equipment and has absolutely no professionalism. I was explaining to him that I felt like something more needed to be done and he started to raise his voice at me in my own apartment. Absolute scum behavior.
