Very poor customer service. Mice and ants never went away and they did not show up for the follow up visit as scheduled. I asked for follow up visits and was told by the woman on the phone she has cancer and it's not her fault the tech did not show up. Blamed it on the tech not following thru with scheduling. Not using this contractor again.

Rick doesn't return calls or follow through with his work. He strung me along and had his secretary tell me he didn't want my job.

Rick quickly destroyed an underground nest of yellow jackets in our ivy. He did the same a few years ago. His price was reasonable.

Have been using this company for years. Initially, I called them to treat a termite infestation. The treatment they used was highly successful. I have an inspection done once a year by them. Termites have never returned. Rick, the inspector, is cordial, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.

The lady who answer the phone is super rude!

I had an experience similar to another customer. I can't speak to their pest control abilities but their customer service can be charitably described as "surly." Family came down with a stomach bug last week right before a technician came. I warned him of the disease and told him I get it if he didn't want to come in. He didn't and said the office would call to reschedule. After 3 days, I called and the woman who answered the phone said that we "no-showed" the technician. Fine, don't care. Come back out. Told they would be out in the 3:30 to 4 PM window today. At 4:20, I called because we hadn't heard. The woman I spoke to said that we no showed again. "You have a smart doorbell, how would he know if he didn't show up?" That's fair, but I was inside. I don't get the notifications on my phone but they couldn't know that. I get that. "Why didn't he knock?" "Sir, I assure you he knocked." Do you know that? I didn't hear anything. "He wouldn't drive all the way down there and not knock!" I was assured of that 3 times then told that she wouldn't stay on the phone with me if I was going to try to make a fool of her. She hung up on me and then no one would answer any calls from me. Eventually, they got some receptionist to answer my calls, I think to just stop me from calling. They now won't respond to my calls, even when I just wanted to know if I needed to hire someone else. And, in case anyone's wondering, I did eventually check the footage. He rang the doorbell one time, never knocked, and left after 25 seconds. So, I guess I didn't need to make a fool out of her after all.

This company means serious business when it comes to ridding your home of unwanted insects or pests. We had a carpenter ant infestation in the wall of our living room and after I did some spraying to get rid of them, they started pouring out at an alarming rate. John with All American Termite & Pest Control just left the house and he was so thorough that the worry of further bug troubles has completely left my mind. He also sprayed the exterior which made me feel better about the possibility of re-infestation in the coming months. If you're getting quotes, trust me, this one is going save you a lot. I called all over in panic when i had 200+ ants coming out from my baseboard, and was ready to pay some of the big name companies whatever they were asking, which would of resulted in less treatment for more of a cost. However, John took getting rid of my bug problem as his number one priority, and did excellent work for a better price than what other companies had quoted me for. You can also usually tell when a technician cares about the customer, and with John, he made sure that my family, including our infant as well as our pets, would be safe from any sort of bugs that could bite or sting.

Service and professionalism was not good the lady who received the calls answers With attitude and yelling she was mad at me cause they had the wrong address and blameing me then saying they tried to call us or reach me but we never got calls at all and we rescheduled to 2:30 when I asked for her to repeat the address and number to reschedule the appointment she got an attitude and said I had an attitude I was making sure the addresses were right but I was walking around Home Depot shopping and she’s yelling at me through the phone then said my rescheduled appointment wasn’t gonna be done then hung up I tried calling back multiple times cause I still needed the service for my rental but no answer then a couple time the phone was picked up but no one would talk.
