A reminder to stick to your local pest control company and avoid the summer sales bros that come knocking on your door every summer. This is a great company and they do the job right. Have had quarterly treatments since we moved into a new place last summer and have seen the elimination of what we were dealing with. (Ants, Earwigs, Spiders, Silverfish, etc.) Best part is they cover your place for the duration of the quarter in the event you have something pop up. Personable and knowledgeable employees and company.

Sean helped us get our significant mice infestation totally under control. He provided immediate solutions, as well as insight + solutions towards things we could do to prevent future visitors from coming inside. He was incredibly professional, down to earth, and compassionate. All around, an absolute pleasure to work with! Prior to this visit, we had terrible experiences with multiple larger (unnamed) companies, and I am so glad that we found you guys to outdo them in every way. I cannot recommend Sean and this company enough. Thanks again!

We have been customers for probably coming on to 10 years. We found HTPC when searching for a "bug guy." Checked out the big named exterminators and were not impressed. Spoke with Andy and got us on a treatment plan. Over the years, HTPC has been available for emergency calls for ants, bees and mosquitoes. Ann is very patient with our busy schedule and never makes us feel anything but respected (as customers). Kinda rare to have this excellent customer service, in the current climate, but we appreciate all HTPC does. Their employees are just as respectful and professional.

Damon came to check the very busy activity of yellow jackets near my chimney and soffit. He found the points of entry and exit, and detected a large nest inside my bedroom wall by using a thermal imaging camera. He treated the nest with foam and dust. Then he extracted a huge nest thru a 5x5 inch hole he cut in the drywall. He sealed all points of entry and exit both inside and outside of my garage attic and home. Damon showed respect for my home throughout the process. When he left, the only sign that he was here was the neatly cut drywall that he had removed and then securely replaced and taped back into the wall.

Hershey Termite and Pest Control did an incredible job taking care of the yellow jacket nest that was growing above my garage ceiling. These bees were incredibly persistent and were not going away using any of the bee control products available to homeowners. The technician did a great job explaining everything that was going on and what his plan for eliminating the bees from my house. He took extreme care for my home and everyone's safety. He showed up on-time for the appointment and was ready to go. He had quality tools and knew how to use them. His knowledge of bees was incredible. He also showed me how close we were to having the bee nest drop from the ceiling into my garage. This would have been disastrous. I highly recommend Hershey Termite and Pest Control. They were timely, did incredible work, and were very reasonably priced.

We recently discovered what looked like a small hole in the ceiling above our bed. Turns out, it was the gateway to a five-pound wasps’ nest hidden in our home. Hershey Termite and Pest Control came right away, quickly assessed the situation, and didn’t just stop at removing the nest—they stayed late to make sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up and safe. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile gave us total peace of mind. What could have been a nightmare turned into a success story thanks to their expertise. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone facing a pest problem.

Excellent service from Damon today! It seems we have some buzzy 'friends' (yellow jackets, I believe) that love the warm space above our sunroom. Damon was able to remove the nest and treat the area. We are so happy to not hear that chewing sound in the ceiling anymore. He kept the area super clean and even put my furniture and plants back when he was done. He looked around the property and removed a mud dauber wasp spot too. Fantastic job!
