I could not be happier with the service and communication I received from Rebecca and Tom. I called back multiple times with various questions and Rebecca was very helpful and patient with me. Tom came to the house and got everything done in no time, including moving some items I had stored in the basement that were in the way. I highly recommend Quest for all your needs.

Tom was professional and informative

I am a current customer of Quest. I have an appointment for today and I am trying to call to confirm the appointment. Their website says their hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm. Well is it now 8:45am and I am still trying to call them. The recording keeps saying that I am calling outside their normal business hours. As a current customer I am getting very frustrated at this delay in service.

I have been using them for multiple properties until I start asking questions how they do what they do, and realized we are not getting what we are paying for.When I try to contact Quest they never ansewer and when they call me back to reschedule appointment I got blamed for their poor services and blaming tenants that they were not home for service when in reality we got a call that they never showed up. Not to mention the rude lady on the phone the hang up on me and telling me she will cancel the services(I will show you who's the boss) I guess.

I just had an excellent experience with Quest! I found a volleyball-sized nest of bald-faced hornets in my backyard, just feet from my deck and where my two dogs play. I contacted Quest at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, and Ken promised to have someone out before noon the next day. What I appreciated most was their non-pushy approach. In addition to his excellent service, there was no pressure to purchase a service contract. I had previously called three other providers in the Lehigh Valley, and all three were very pushy about an annual service contract that I didn't need. When I asked for a quote for a one-time service, their fee was ridiculous. Jackson is the exterminator who showed up as promised, and he did a fantastic job explaining what I was dealing with and what the process would be to eliminate them. then, after donning a bee suit, he made quick work of the nest.

Pay them to come out and do a job he hired someone else to do it and he sprays a little but still have them bed bugs and can't get out with those either every time we turn around and get help and their state of Pennsylvania no one don't want to help us

MY husband scheduled an appointment with this company to come help us solve an issue with yellow jackets on our home and they never showed up and never called us. Unprofessional.
