Ted services are facility every month he is always very polite and knowledgeable we really appreciate everything he does for us.

We used Pest Rangers for a carpenter ant problem recently. Wendy provided great customer service and helped work around a tight schedule to start treatment. She was extremely helpful and communicated the whole time. Benjamin came out within a day to treat the problem and was very informative about everything he was doing. We were extremely satisfied with our service Wendy from the company who I spoke to months prior to starting our service, remembered our conversation, even though months had passed she did not try to sell us something we did not need and in the end that is what made us choose pest Rangers. They only did one sixes of the house and the bee when crazy in inside the house and i told him it was in the back too

For mice - I would not waste the money to have anyone come out, unless they can discuss and help find the entry way. Paying $300 for some baits is not worth it.

We also discussed the benefits of sealing entry points with steel wool and offered suggestions to maintain a pest-free environment year-round through a maintenance plan.<br><br>Exclusion work to seal every potential entry point is a highly involved process that can require extensive residential construction, which is why it can often run into the thousands of dollars. Kevin always goes above and beyond to help us out. Never a dull moment, he is kind, and makes sure he explains what he is doing even if he's done it before. I can't speak for the receptionists, you know the saying if you don't got nothing nice to say don't say it at all. So we will keep it at that. Just make sure that when you're given information on something, it's backed up by paperwork and not word of mouth. I was told that the owner would now start charging $450 if we needed pest rangers to come out and get on a ladder for a hive on our roof when I asked when this policy was put into place and when we as loyal paying customers were going to be notified of this "new policy" I was told that "this year it came into effect" and no answer on when we were supposed to be notified by this so-called "new policy". I can respect the "new policy" What I can't respect is being lied to.

Thanks for your review. Kevin is an asset to our company. We apologize for your displeasure with our policy regarding nests above 25 foot. Not only is it a hazard to our employees but it's a mandate from our insurance company to have a service manager on site with an employee when a ladder and bee suit is necessary. Our service agreement outlines this policy. Please look at line 6 which reads "Any deviation from the above involving extra cost of material and labor will become an extra charge. If conditions require the Company to use specialized equipment or chemicals to control any insects or rodent, the Company shall advise the Customer of the additional costs. No alterations or variation of the terms of this contract shall be valid unless made in writing and approved by a manager of the Company." Although it's not a new policy, we are now enforcing it for the safety of our employees.
Been using Pest Rangers since last year. Communication with the office is lackey. They don’t send out their service guys as per service plan. Had a few different guys come out, but Kevin is the best very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Ask for Kevin!!
