She was so amazing with my daughter today! She made my daughter feel not so scared about it and more so like she was getting a spa treatment she put in a movie for her and gave her snacks and just talked us all through it! She went above and beyond and taught us everything we need to know about lice! she also was so quick to respond and took us in so quick and made the process so much better! I highly recommend this product! My daughter had lice and i treated it with Nix and i thought it was gone but was wrong. Treated it again with Nix but then i found this treatment and read all about it and talked to the owner of the salon Ilene and she was so helpful with everything i had to ask. I treated my daughter with this product and got everything out with first treatment even the eggs! I am so happy and definitely will be recommending this to anyone that had the same issue as we did.
I highly recommend Ilene’s services. She is an absolute gem and spent ample time with my daughter. After using a store bought product on Saturday it was clear it didn’t work by Monday and we obtained an appointment. Ilene removed all active lice and nits and Happy to report that five days later we are still in the clear. Her service is worth every penny and gives total piece of mind.
