Kind empathetic employees. I had a bug scare and my landlord sent them out. Xavier was the one who helped me - he did a thorough search leaving no stone unturned and was patient and friendly through the entire process. He even made sure to follow-up. Night and day from experiences I've had with national chains like Terminix!

Not recommended: Received service from what we signed up for, (2K dollars) then did not have any issues with pests for a couple months. Then just before the 3 month guarantee expired, we had more unexpected guests. John DiDomenico (sales manager) was pessimist and did not believe me. He thought I was making up a story. Well, he came out and then believed me, (I was telling the truth). They re-treated some of the reoccurring areas. Afterwards when there was another reoccurrence, I was told it was not their issue but mine. I called the admin assistant, and explained the situation. They wanted us to spend the 2K dollars again with another treatment. NEVER received a return phone received very poor customer service when trying to deal with the situation. Tried to resolve issue with owner who would not return my phone calls.Over a year now, and still no return call. Look elsewhere.

Called them & no one answered so I left a message. Been a week & still no call back. Guess they didn't want my business. Went somewhere else & got immediate service, same day.
